Claudia Llaury was born in Callao-Peru's most important port-a place filled with bright colors and exciting experiences. She has traveled the world and has always admired all kinds of art, from folk art to fine arts. Her experiences led her to begin dreaming that one day she could become part of this community of international artists. She realized that in Peru she had access to very talented artisans who had inherited the millenarian skills of their ancestors, as well as high quality materials like silver and natural semiprecious stones. with these elements in place, she could make her dream come true. Working alongside Peruvian master artisans, she began designing contemporary handcrafted pieces using the highest quality materials available, always taking into consideration worldwide trend of contemporary art. She aims to show to the world the beauty and quality of modern Peruvian jewelry and to help local artisans to become recognized as outstanding jewelry artisans worldwide.
