The staff at Andean Arts wants you to take pleasure in every purchase you make from us, whether for a gift or a personal treasure.

Full refunds will be given for 30 days from the day you receive your order. Call (571) 239-2289  or e-mail customer@andeanarts.com to request a return code to ensure an accurate refund. If the return is a result of an error on our part we will provide you with a prepaid mailing label or account number to return the merchandise and will promptly refund any shipping costs paid on the product(s) you are returning.

If the return does not result from an error on our part, the cost of the purchase item will be credited to you via your method of payment within five days of receipt of return but you will be responsible for shipping costs incurred for the order and returning the item(s). You must send your return using a carrier that offers tracking (such as UPS, FedEx, or Registered Mail). We recommend that you insure the package, as you will be responsible for ensuring that items are returned to us in their original condition. No refunds will be available after 30-day period.

Please use the same care in packaging your return as was used to send your purchases as damaged returns can not be refunded.

ANDEAN ARTS $100 GIFT CARD SUMMER CONTEST

To participate in this contest simply enter your email address and click  "go" in the next window  enter your information and "SUBMIT".  When we receive e-mail address confirmation you will be automatically entered in the contest. Each e-mail address can be entered only once.

The contest will begin June 14 and will end in August 14.

The result will be drawn on August 16 and an e-mail notification will be sent to the winner. The name (or nick name or e-mail address, as determined by the winner) will be posted at the top of the home page of the web site as soon as the award is made.

Andean arts will provide the winner with a code that can be used one time for $100.00 dollars in our web store (www.andeanarts.com) .
